瞭解了幾種啟動方式後，筆者還是要提醒用戶在使用導航儀啟動時要注意的一些事項：



GPS重啟屬於熱啟動

    1.以目前GPS導航儀內置主流的SirFIII為例，熱啟動在20秒以內，溫啟動在30秒以內，而冷啟動則需要50秒，在信號弱的環境下則需要更長時間。啟動的時間越短越能證明GPS的計算能力和信號接收能力越好，不要迷信1秒啟動搜星的傳說。

    2.GPS冷啟動一定要選擇在開闊地或者對接收信號屏蔽比較小的地方，在地下車庫或者在隧道裡啟動無疑會增加啟動的時間。

    3.如果行車經過信號不好的地區，如隧道之類的地方，衛星信號消失，但是導航儀沒有關機，再次搜索到衛星算是熱啟動。

    4.GPS導航儀默認設計都是溫啟動，保存著導航接受模塊的數據信息，這樣在您啟動車輛時地圖啟動後會馬上搜索到新的坐標數據，搜星速度比冷啟動要快很多，但是偶爾會出現死星數據導致搜不到星，尤其是經常出入地下車庫的用戶，遇到這種情況，採用重啟的方法可以使導航儀恢復工作。

    5.平時不要把GPS的默認啟動方式設為冷啟動，只有在啟動後連續30分鐘搜索不到衛星的情況下選擇一次冷啟動。因為冷啟動會在開啟主機後清除GPS的定位數據，重新定位，但是不會出現死星數據。

    6.GPS啟動後搜星的數量很少，可能不一定全是導航儀本身的問題，很有可能是天氣情況給GPS接受機造成的搜星錯覺。
